Disappointed really. Booked car in (Q7), confirmed.Took Q7 in on day agreed and I phoned over 6 hours later to be advised the car had not been touched. Apparently they thought it was a different day. They did have my contact numbers, mobile and landl ine but did not bother to call meWhen booking the Q7 in I requested a quote for an after fit Cruise control to one of our other vehicles. (Audi A4 Cab) I was advised the quote would be emailed to me same day. Never received quotation for cruise control eitherVery disappointing would not recommend.
